Calon is a group of companies focusing in the development & management of residential, commercial and hospitality properties in Greece, since 1988.
Over the past 35+ years, the group has developed numerous high-end projects with an excellent track record. Since the end of the Greek economic crisis, our main activity has been the acquisition of existing vacant buildings and their subsequent conversion into prime residential, commercial or hospitality properties. We then manage our completed projects to obtain maximum yield.
We focus mainly in the cities of Athens, Piraeus & Thessaloniki.
